Designing a Closet

Closet Assessment

Items we take into consideration when designing your new closet:

We assess your storage needs and come up with practical solutions.

We are familiar with the amount of space that clothes take up and will design according to the percent of your clothes that will be on hangers versus folded.

If you are storing coats, suits, gowns, and long dresses, we will take that into account and plan a section for long items.

For shorter items, such as skirts and shirts, we can make a double-hang section.

We will determine if there is enough space for an island and if so, ensure that there is ample space around the island for comfortable pass-through.

We’ll ensure that any areas where there are pull-out or tilt-out drawers, there is plenty of clearance and access to the items inside.

We will determine how much space is needed for shoes and boots.

If you have accessories such as belts, ties, scarves, hats, purses, wallets, and jewelry, we will ensure there is appropriate space for those items.

All of these items are part of our considerations when designing your perfect closet!
